Our Process

  • 01 / Explore Styles Online

    Browse our online catalogue and select a ring from our Ready to Ship collection or Made to Order collection.

    Don’t see the ring of your dreams?
    Reach out to inquire about a custom order. 

  • 02 / Choose your stone

    If you decide to go with a Made to Order or custom ring, we'll compile a few stones that meet your criteria and allow you to handpick your one-of-a-kind stone. 

  • 03 / Your Design, Your Approval

    Before our skilled goldsmiths start crafting your ring, we'll send you a design rendition for your approval. You are involved every step of the way (unless you tell us otherwise)!

  • 04 / Ring reveal

    As your ring takes shape, we'll share updates along the way. Once it's complete, your ring will be ready for pick-up in Vancouver or we'll courier it to you with expedited and insured shipping.

  • 05 / Cheers to You and Your New Ring!

    Now, all that's left to do is pop the bubbly (or the question)! Your ring is ready to be part of your story.

Say Hello to Cathy

Cathy’s passion for gemstones began during a slow spin on a Ferris wheel in Siena, Italy. It was there that her partner presented a distinctive engagement ring — an oval pink sapphire set in rose gold. She had never seen one before, and it perfectly fit her go-your-own-way personality. 

That day, a path was set for two kinds of mad love — one with her partner and the other with gemstones. She left a traditional corporate career to pursue a new dream. To make it official, she obtained a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Applied Jewelry Professional diploma.
